StrongFive is developed by Ice Digital. Your privacy is important to us.
StrongFive does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data with third parties. All workout data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced to your personal iCloud account using Apple's iCloud Key-Value Storage.
StrongFive requests access to Apple HealthKit to read heart rate data and write workout sessions. This data is used solely to display health metrics during your workout and to log completed workouts to the Health app. HealthKit data is never sent to any server or shared with any third party.
When paired with an Apple Watch, StrongFive streams heart rate and calorie data from the Watch to your iPhone during workouts. This data stays on your devices and is not transmitted externally.
Workout history and program settings are synced via Apple's iCloud Key-Value Storage to your personal iCloud account. This data is governed by Apple's iCloud privacy policy.
StrongFive contains no analytics SDKs, no crash reporting services, and no advertising frameworks. There are zero network calls to any server other than Apple's iCloud.
